First Editions

I had a very succesful trip to a second hand bookstore today. I was lucky enough to find 3 first editions:

I; Six Nonlectures by e.e. cummings -

"Ever since many of you didn't exist I've been learning and relearning, as a writer and as a painter"

'Selected Letters of e.e. cummings - From a letter to his sister:

"The main problem is to get to New York. Have a little brains and don't worry about anything subsequent to getting to N.Y...Get there before you decide whats going to happen to you once you've got."

'The Letters of F. Scott Fitzgerald' - From a letter to his daughter:

"P.S. ...A real grasp of Blake, Keats, etc., will bring you something you haven't dreamed of. And it should come now.

Totally inspiring.
